Can I transfer any cryptocurrency to my Moneda account?

No. Moneda only supports the stablecoins behind its currency balances: USDC (US Dollar), EURC (Euro), CHFAU (Swiss Franc), CADD (Canadian Dollar), and MXNB (Mexican Peso). Any other cryptocurrency sent to your account will not be accessible to you.

We do this to protect users from interacting with spam or unsolicited tokens that might compromise their funds through phishing.

Availability varies by region, so a currency may not be enabled for your account or country yet. To prevent loss, always test a small transfer first when using a new wallet or exchange.

Before sending crypto to Moneda:

• Always confirm the token and the network (Base) shown in your deposit screen.
• Use only the official contracts on Base, not wrapped, bridged, or synthetic versions.
• Double-check your wallet address. Moneda addresses are specific to Base and must match exactly, with no extra spaces or typos.
