Can I pause a passkey instead of removing it?

Yes, for a backup passkey. Go to Settings > Security > Passkeys and tap Pause on it. While it is paused, Moneda refuses any payment signed with that key, on every device, and the key stays on your account. It is the right choice if you are unsure about a key and want to stop it quickly.

Removing a backup passkey happens on-chain and cannot be undone. Use it when you no longer trust the key at all.

Your main passkey cannot be paused or removed. If you have lost it or no longer trust it, use account recovery with your recovery email to set up a new one.
