You can terminate at any time by ceasing use of the services and, if applicable, withdrawing your assets and contacting support to deactivate your account. Moneda can terminate for convenience with reasonable notice (at least 30 days for paid features, when feasible), or suspend or terminate immediately without notice for cause, for example if you violated the Terms or engaged in prohibited or illegal activity, provided false KYC information, no longer comply with applicable law (such as becoming a resident of a Restricted Territory or appearing on a sanctions list), or a regulatory authority or a third-party partner such as MoonPay Enterprise (formerly Iron) requires it.

Upon termination, all rights under the Terms end, your access to the services (including Moneda Points) ends, any unused AI credits lapse, and any related third-party contractual relationships end too. Your **wallet itself does not cease to exist**. It can still be accessed with compatible non-custodial tools, provided you keep your credentials, though Moneda doesn't warrant that third-party access will be technically possible. Transfer your assets out of your wallet before termination takes effect, since Moneda can neither access nor restore your credentials if they are lost.
