No. The app may show stablecoin balances in their fiat-equivalent values ('USD' or 'EUR'), but stablecoins are not fiat money. USDC and EURC are electronic money tokens (EMTs) issued and maintained by their issuers under the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA). They are denominated in fiat currency and must be backed by reserves, but they are **not** covered by any deposit guarantee scheme or state guarantee under EU or national law. Other stablecoins available in the app may be issued outside the European Union and may not be EMTs under MiCA. The app tells you which applies.
