# How do I download a copy of my data?

Go to Settings > Account and request a download of your account information. Moneda prepares an export of your personal data in the background and sends a secure download link to your email address, so you do not have to wait on the screen.

- The download link expires after **48 hours**. If it expires, request a new one.

- You can request a download **once every 24 hours**.

This is how you exercise your data access right under GDPR. It does not delete anything, and your account is unaffected.
